Fostering Peace and Combating Antisemitism: A Shabbat Service and Dinner with The 2023 Foundation

Last night, The 2023 Foundation hosted a meaningful and inspiring evening at Emanuel Synagogue in Woollahra, Sydney. Joined by a wonderful community and MBA candidates from AGSM at UNSW Business School, we came together for a Shabbat Service and Dinner—a night dedicated to unity, education, and shared understanding.

In a world facing growing challenges, including the rise of antisemitism and global conflicts, we remain committed to fostering peace and combating hatred through genuine, personal interactions. Through these meaningful engagements and immersive learning opportunities, we are able to bridge gaps, challenge misconceptions, and promote coexistence. The evening served as a reminder that we must actively reject bystander behaviour and take responsibility for the world we wish to build.

As we reflect on the horrors of events like the Amsterdam pogrom and ongoing struggles for our values, it is clear that our work is more important than ever. At The 2023 Foundation, we are dedicated to using firsthand insight and experience to address these issues and create lasting change.

If you share our mission and vision for a peaceful, united future, we invite you to support our work. Together, we can stand for education, unity, and a more peaceful world.
