Observations from an International Veterans’ Delegation to Israel and Gaza
During his recent visit to Israel and Gaza as part of an international veterans’ delegation, Michael Scott had the opportunity to observe firsthand the Israeli Defense Force's (IDF) efforts to minimize civilian casualties. From his experience, Michael believes the IDF is the most educated, ethical, and lawful military force in the world.
Despite the challenges on the ground, Michael witnessed the IDF’s commitment to protecting civilian lives, prioritising restraint and international law during their operations. He spoke with soldiers and commanders who explained their strategies designed to minimize harm to civilians.
